In Othello, the Shakespearian Mediterranean, North and South, Venice and the Moorish lands, spans a dark sea of nobility, barbarism, treachery, and deceit. North and South London eye each other in a similar way across the Thames.

    have you read the Tempest of Shakespeare,there is an open reference to Algeria, you know much of the EUROPEN WRITERS AND POETS are so much linked to Algeria: Shakespeare,Miguel de Cerventes,Max Aub,Vittorio Sereni, André Gide,Albert Camus,Oscar Wild… and the list is so long.
